SEAL
SEAL (social, emotional aspects of learning) is a DCSF initiative active in many schools across England which aims to develop the underpinning qualities and skills that help promote positive behaviour and effective learning. It focuses on five social and emotional aspects of learning: self-awareness, managing feelings, motivation, empathy and social skills.
We are currently working on developing Anne Frank resources to link in with the SEAL themes. If you would like more details, email us or check back here. If you use Anne Frank in the context of SEAL, please get in touch with Lucy Glennon, Head of Education at the Anne Frank Trust, who would love to talk to you about your ideas, successes and results.
