Art Auction - Peter Sacks 'Resistance: Anne Frank' The Auction Is Now Live – Two Weeks Left to Bid The Anne Frank Trust is pleased to announce that the auction for Resistance: Anne Frank - the extraordinary, one‑of‑a‑kind artwork gifted to us by Peter Sacks is officially live. You now have two weeks to place your bid before the auction closes at 10am on 9th March. Place Your Bid This remarkable mixed‑media piece, incorporating fragments of linen, cloth, the Star of David and passages from Anne Frank’s diary, has been seen by some of our supporters at our Annual Lunch in January, and was most recently displayed by Their Majesties The King and Queen at Buckingham Palace for the Holocaust Memorial Day Reception. Peter Sacks describes Anne’s testimony as “an act of resistance,” and this artwork stands as a powerful tribute to her courage and enduring legacy. It is the only piece of its kind. By bidding in this auction, you will be directly supporting our education programmes, which equip young people across the UK to recognise and challenge antisemitism and all forms of prejudice. At a time when this work is more urgent than ever, your support will help us reach even more young people with Anne’s story. If you would like to view the artwork in person or discuss the auction further, we would be very happy to arrange a private conversation. Please email [email protected] to arrange this. You can also watch our short film Bridging Generations, featuring some of our inspiring Anne Frank Trust Youth Ambassadors. Place Your Bid Manage Cookie Preferences
